KiddoRemote

Your tablet is the remote, your PC plays on the TV

Kids tap a cover on the tablet and the show plays full screen on the TV. Every series remembers where they stopped. You set how long they can watch each day, and the TV pauses itself when time is up.

What it does

👆 Tap a cover to playTap a picture on the tablet and that series plays full screen on the TV. When an episode ends, the next one starts.
⏰ Screen-time limitsOn the PC, set how many minutes per day and which hours are allowed. When time is up the TV pauses, and the tablet can't restart it.
🔁 Remembers where you left offEach series keeps its own episode and position, so switching back picks up where it stopped.
📱 No app to installOpen a web address in the tablet or phone browser and enter a 6-digit pairing code. Works on iPad and Android.
🖼️ Covers made for youUses the cover image in each folder if there is one; otherwise it takes a frame from the video.
🔒 Stays on your PCYour library, watch history and screen time are stored only on your own computer.
Settings page on the PC: video folders and parental limitsSettings on the PC: pick your video folders and set daily limits.
The tablet when viewing time is overWhen time is up, the tablet shows this and won't play.
KiddoRemote is a playback controller. It contains no videos. It only plays video files that are already on your own computer and that you have the right to play. It does not provide, download or share any content, and it does not play streaming services or online video.
